The artwork selected for this month was by guest
curator, Sharon Way-Howard an active, passionate, professional artist and
teacher, focusing on natural beauty. Her media of choice include watercolor,
oil, acrylic and printmaking. Ms. Way-Howard is a long-time member of the
Salmagundi Club and served as the 3rd Vice President, as well as on the Board
for 12 years. She is former chair of the Salmagundi Art Committee. She is an
elected member of the Pastel Society of America, Audubon Artists, American
Artists Professional League and the Salmagundi Club. In addition, she is a
regional representative for the American Society of Marine Artists and a
Signature Artist of the Baltimore, Rhode Island and Missouri Watercolor
Societies.
